My understanding from other pilots who have worked with AirMart is that Grant, the owner, will never sell an airplane (at ANY cost) that isn't in excellent condition (he will refuse airplanes, or fix important issues, before selling them.) Of course, there is no "perfect" airplane, and little squawks can be missed, but, it's nice knowing that they have a high level of both quality control and integrity. Once the purchase decision was finalized, Shelby handled all of the paperwork, and walked me through the process step-by-step. Like Rodney, Shelby, made herself very accessible (even after hours), to help make this a smooth process.
